Royal Enfield has introduced a unique ‘Factory Custom’ program, allowing customers to customize their new Classic 350 motorcycles with various options such as accessories, paint treatments, decals, seat vinyl, and thread colors. This program offers direct co-creation with the factory, a first in the Indian motorcycle industry. The modifications made under this program will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To participate, customers need to book the new Classic 350 through the dealership, register online for the Factory Custom service, and pay a fee of Rs 5,000. Additionally, 15 lucky customers have the chance to win a two-day vacation to Chennai to work closely with the design team and create their own customized Classic 350. The entire process takes approximately 90 days, giving the bike a unique touch. The new Classic 350 is available in five variations with prices starting at Rs 1.99 lakh for the base variant.
