Israeli airstrikes continue on terrorist targets, rocket launchers in southern Lebanon

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have been conducting extensive attacks on terrorist targets in southern Lebanon for a second day after detecting Hezbollah’s preparations to fire on Israeli territory. Dozens of Israeli Air Force aircraft are targeting terrorist targets and rocket launchers to protect Israeli civilians. The strikes have killed top Hezbollah commanders and members of the group. IDF spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari urged Israelis to follow defensive guidelines as the threat of rockets being launched towards Israeli territory remains. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called for an emergency meeting to discuss the situation.
