Father of Georgia high school shooting suspect told investigators son had ‘problems’ at former school

The 14-year-old accused of the deadly shooting at Apalachee High School, along with his father, had previous issues at the teen’s former middle school. The father had mentioned that his son had some problems at his previous school but things had improved after changing schools. The teenager denied making any mass shooting threats on social media in the past. Investigators noted that the teen appeared calm and reserved during interviews. The tragic shooting resulted in the deaths of two students and two teachers. The suspect is expected to be charged as an adult, while his father faces charges related to the incident as well.
