A female pilot named Sunita Williams, an Indian-American, successfully piloted a Boeing Starliner spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS) last Wednesday. This historic journey marked a new chapter in her career as she was the first woman to pilot a crewed spacecraft to ISS. Williams and her co-pilot, Butch Wilmore, celebrated their arrival at the station with a dance, reflecting their joy and excitement. The crew at the station warmly welcomed them and conducted various scientific experiments and tests during their stay. Williams expressed gratitude for the warm reception and said she looked forward to returning home. The crew also had the opportunity to witness a surreal spacewalk and learn about the spacecraft’s liftoff and landing procedures.
