Washington man shot by girlfriend’s estranged husband after chase, fight: police

A man in Washington state was shot by his girlfriend’s estranged husband after a custody swap near the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. The husband followed the couple and shot at them, then rammed his vehicle into the victim’s car. A fight broke out, and the husband shot the boyfriend in the abdomen. A witness managed to kick the gun away, and deputies arrived to arrest the husband. The boyfriend was airlifted to a hospital for treatment, while the husband was taken to another hospital. The woman and her child were unharmed. The husband is now facing charges of first-degree assault and drive-by shooting.
