Two autorickshaw drivers held for assault near Central Railway Station 

Two autorickshaw drivers were arrested by the Periamet police for assaulting each other near Central Railway Station. The incident occurred when G. Mani, who was waiting for customers, got into a dispute with Praveen and Murali over getting customers for a ride. The two drivers used wooden logs to assault Mani, who was then admitted to the hospital. Praveen and Murali were arrested based on a complaint filed by Mani.
