Speed up appointing Omani fuel station managers: Ministry

The Ministry of Labor is urging establishments to quickly appoint fuel station managers or supervisors within a month. They are encouraging the hiring of national workers to contribute to job stability and support government employment efforts. An initiative was launched to nationalize the job of Filling Station Manager, open to those with Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degrees in business management. Over 650 filling stations in Oman are offering this position. The Ministry and Oman Society for Petroleum Services are working towards empowering the sector by providing capable Omani employees for these roles.
