Shooting at Mississippi trail ride leaves 3 dead, 8 wounded: sheriff

Three people were killed and eight others were wounded in a shooting at a trail ride party in Holmes County, Mississippi, following a school’s homecoming football win. The shooting occurred after a fight broke out and individuals pulled out guns. The victims were identified as Martel Gibson, Shundra Chestnut, and John Jenkins. Eight others were injured and taken to hospitals. Around 200 to 300 people were at the party when the shooting happened, causing chaos and panic. The incident is still under investigation.
