Postal Department to hold grievance redressal meetings on September 30 in Chennai

The Anna Road head post office will be holding a grievance redressal meeting on September 30th at 2.30 p.m. Customers can send their complaints by post or email before the specified dates. Another meeting will also be held at the senior superintendent’s office on the same day at 11 a.m. for customers with complaints regarding 24 post offices in the Chennai City Central Division. This is part of the Department of Posts’ initiative to address customer grievances through ‘Dak Adalat’ meetings.
