Saudi Investment Minister Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih spoke at the Pakistan-Saudi Business Forum in Islamabad, highlighting the strong relationship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He emphasized the importance of economic cooperation and mentioned the quick recovery of Pakistan’s economy, with a projected growth of 2.8% this fiscal year. A 135-member Saudi delegation is in Islamabad to sign agreements worth $2 billion. Al-Falih praised the deep historical ties between the two countries and the significant number of Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia. He also mentioned the signing of 27 MoUs and the increased cooperation and investment in Pakistan. The minister expressed enthusiasm for further enhancing trade relations and collaboration between the two nations.
