The Muscat Nights Festival is set to take place from December 23, 2024, to January 21, 2025, as announced by the Muscat Municipality. They are currently seeking contracts from advertising companies to design and install billboards for the event. The festival will feature exhibitions, celebrity appearances, gaming platforms, and educational lectures on comic book literature and popular cultures. The Municipality is also planning drone shows and light displays at Qurm Natural Park during the festival. The event has evolved from being a children’s entertainment venue during school holidays to a larger, more diverse festival over the years.
