Fraudsters wheel away huge haul of artisan cheddar worth an eye-popping $400,000

Cheese bandits stole a massive amount of cheddar cheese from Neal’s Yard Dairy in the UK by pretending to be a legitimate distributor. The stolen cheese was worth around $390,000, and the thieves took 950 wheels of clothbound cheddar. Even though the theft was a financial blow, Neal’s Yard Dairy paid the small-scale cheesemakers in full. They are working with law enforcement to recover the stolen cheese and have asked residents to be on the lookout for certain formats of clothbound cheddar.
