Constitution Bench to deliver verdict on rights to private material wealth on November 5

The Supreme Court of India is set to deliver a verdict on whether resources created by individual labor belong to the community. The Chief Justice focused on Article 39(b) of the Constitution, questioning if privately-owned resources could be considered community resources.
