Congress disrespects Dalits; treats them as third-class citizens: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

Sarma accused the Congress of treating Dalits as untouchable and third-class citizens, pointing to a video showing Kharge waiting outside while Priyanka Gandhi Vadra filed her nomination. Sarma stated that the treatment of Kharge exposed the Congress’s true attitude towards Dalits, despite their claims of respect. He is in Ranchi as the co-incharge of Assembly elections in Jharkhand and will participate in the BJP nomination process later in the day. Jharkhand’s Assembly elections are scheduled for November 13 and November 20, with results announced on November 23.
