Chargers QB Justin Herbert leaves loss vs. Steelers early with ankle injury



Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert had to leave the game early against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a reaggravated high-ankle sprain. Despite scoring a touchdown early on, the Chargers struggled offensively and were unable to score again. Herbert had to be removed from the game after being sacked and limped off the field. He left the stadium in a walking boot, and it was revealed that the team had planned to take him out if he showed any sign of a limp. The loss marked the Chargers’ first of the season, while the Steelers remained undefeated.
