Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced plans to make Andhra Pradesh cleaner by utilizing waste for energy production and composting. He cancelled user charges for garbage collection and introduced a P-4 model for partnerships to achieve this goal. He emphasized the importance of developing Amaravati and completing the Polavaram project. Naidu also highlighted his commitment to generating wealth from waste to create jobs and reduce environmental pollution. He promised to complete the Machilipatnam seaport and improve connectivity through railway lines. In addition, he praised sanitary workers for their contributions and vowed to empower them economically.
