Union Home Minister Amit Shah will release the Bharatiya Janata Party’s manifesto and address three rallies in Jharkhand on Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will also be visiting the state to campaign. The BJP has already released key points of their manifesto, including promises of financial assistance to women, job creation, and housing for all. The party is focused on highlighting Jharkhand’s 25 years of formation and the 150th birth anniversary of tribal icon Birsa Munda. Elections in the state will take place in two phases on November 13 and 20, with votes being counted on November 23.
