Adventure tourism specialized tourist guides are being warned not to organize or promote trips without being connected to a licensed travel and tourism agency with the proper permits from the Ministry. Violators will face legal action under the Tourism Law and its regulations. It is important to follow the rules to ensure the safety and quality of adventure tourism activities in Muscat.
