One of the 43 monkeys that escaped from a research facility in South Carolina has been found unharmed, while the rest are still near the property. The monkeys made a break for it after a door was left unlocked by mistake. Efforts are ongoing to recover all the animals, with the CEO of the facility stating that they are close to getting them back. The monkeys are not a public health risk and are bred for medical research purposes. The facility provides primates for research globally and is located in Yemassee, South Carolina.
