Australian celebrity chef Sarah Todd recently shared a video on Instagram showcasing the mind-blowing Kalari cheese from the streets of Jammu. Made from buffalo milk, this cheese is seared on a tawa until crispy on the outside and gooey inside. Served in Jammu’s fluffy kulcha with onions, grilled Kalari, and spicy chutney, each bite is a burst of flavors and textures. Todd called it her new favorite street food in India.
