UAW union files unfair labor charges against Stellantis, accuses automaker of violating contract



United Auto Workers (UAW) President Shawn Fain spoke out at the Democratic National Convention about the union filing federal unfair labor practice charges against Stellantis for allegedly violating contract terms. The charges stem from Stellantis attempting to move production of the Dodge Durango out of the U.S., going against commitments made in the 2023 contract. The UAW is fighting to enforce the contract and hold Stellantis accountable for its promises.
