Mullin dons Deadpool mask after Wrexham goal

Paul Mullin, a player for Wrexham, celebrated scoring a goal by wearing a Deadpool mask, a character owned by Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds. Reynolds and fellow actor Rob McElhenney have seen Wrexham progress to League One with back-to-back promotions. Mullin, who has had an injury-disrupted start to the season, scored in a 2-1 win against Salford City. The 29-year-old striker plays “Welshpool” in the latest Deadpool movie and has been a key player for Wrexham since joining in 2021.
