Man Sets Record By Growing World’s Heaviest Bell Pepper Weighing Almost 1 Kilo



The UK National Giant Vegetables Championships showcased 12 record-setting fruits and vegetables at this year’s event in Worcestershire. The competition, held as part of the Malvern Autumn Show, saw newcomers like eight-year-old Dasha Edwards growing an impressive 41 cm long aubergine. 81-year-old Ian Neale set a record with a 966 g green pepper, while Joe Atherton added to his list of achievements with the longest turnip and radish. This year’s competition had one of the highest numbers of record-breaking entries ever, making it a truly remarkable event.
