Illinois man rescued after bridge collapse causes tractor to trap him in creek

A man in Woodstock, Illinois, had a scary experience when a bridge collapse caused his tractor to overturn and trap him in a creek. Thankfully, rescue crews were able to save him from being partially submerged in the water. It must have been a terrifying situation, but thankfully he is now safe and sound.
