San Francisco 49ers receiver Deebo Samuel has been released from the hospital after being treated for pneumonia. He first started feeling ill late Saturday night and was only able to play four snaps in the game against the Kansas City Chiefs before leaving. Coach Kyle Shanahan said Samuel was having trouble breathing, throat, and stomach issues. It is uncertain if Samuel will be available for the next game against the Dallas Cowboys. Additionally, other Niners receivers are dealing with illnesses or injuries, including Brandon Aiyuk’s season-ending knee injury, Jauan Jennings’ hip injury, and Chris Conley’s sprained ankle.
