Coca-Cola Recalls Thousands Of Cases Of “Zero Sugar” Lemonade In US After Finding They Contain Sugar

Minute Maid, a popular American beverage brand known for lemonade and orange juice, is owned by Coca-Cola. Recently, the company had to recall 13,152 cases of Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade in the US after regular sugar-containing lemonade was mistakenly packaged in cartons labelled as “zero sugar”. The mislabelled products posed a potential health risk, especially for individuals with health conditions like diabetes. The recall affected products sold in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, with the FDA classifying it as Class II. Coca-Cola has advised customers to dispose of the affected products or return them for a refund.
