Arch Manning’s uncle gets last laugh after Texas quarterback wins in 1st collegiate start

Arch Manning made his collegiate debut as the starting quarterback for the Texas Longhorns and led the team to a dominant 51-3 victory over Louisiana Monroe. Despite throwing for 258 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions, Manning called his performance a “C-plus”. His uncle Eli Manning jokingly claimed victory in the Manning family’s first start comparison. Manning will start until Quinn Ewers recovers from an injury. The Longhorns are set to face Mississippi State in their first SEC game as the No. 1 team in the nation.
