Sources: Air Force emerges as serious target for AAC

Air Force is being seriously considered as a potential addition to the American Athletic Conference, according to sources. The AAC released a statement highlighting their commitment to enhancing value for member institutions and student-athletes through various opportunities like realignment. Currently, the AAC has 14 football schools including Army and Navy, with 3-0 Memphis receiving the most votes among unranked teams. This potential addition comes after the Pac-12 recently took four Mountain West Conference schools.
