Pakistan’s white-ball coach, Gary Kirsten, recently met with mentors and head coaches of Champions Cup teams in Faisalabad. He emphasized the importance of teamwork in winning series and titles, stating that success in international cricket requires the same brand of cricket as in domestic games. Kirsten encouraged coaches to use their experience to improve player performances, stressing collaboration and learning from each other. He discussed future plans to develop Pakistan cricket and will be staying in Faisalabad throughout the Champions Cup to assess player performances. Pakistan’s white-ball cricket schedule will be busy from November 2024 to April 2025, with at least 18 ODIs and nine T20Is planned.
