Hunter Dickinson made his return to the court for No. 1 Kansas after sitting out two exhibition games due to a minor injury. He scored 16 points in a win over Howard and is now gearing up to face No. 9 North Carolina. Dickinson felt good to be playing again but acknowledged some rust. Coach Bill Self was happy with his performance, despite some joking about his rhythm. Dickinson, a preseason All-American, felt at home in Allen Fieldhouse and is excited for the challenge of facing North Carolina’s strong backcourt. He believes the team’s intense practices will prepare them well for the upcoming game.
