How an emergency fill-in coach helped a women’s golf team to a title

Despite the lack of a full-time coach, Charleston Southern’s women’s golf team emerged victorious, showing that teamwork and support can lead to success. Causey initially thought the idea of receiving a trophy for his volunteer work was amusing, but he was quickly impressed by the team’s mentality when they first started playing. He was inspired by their confidence and approach to the course, making him believe winning was a possibility.
