Cruzeiro striker Rafa Silva gets red card after 3 seconds

A Brazilian striker was sent off just three seconds into a top-division match for hitting a rival with his elbow, leaving his team with one less player in a 3-0 defeat. The striker, Rafa Silva, received one of the earliest red cards in soccer history. The match ended in a loss for Cruzeiro against Athletico Paranaense, who are fighting against relegation. Cruzeiro, on the other hand, is aiming for a top position to secure a spot in the next edition of the Copa Libertadores. The team rested some players for the match to prepare for the Copa Sudamericana second leg in Argentina.
