The ICC Chief Executive, Geoff Allardice, has confirmed that the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will remain in Pakistan and assured that all participating teams are committed to playing in the tournament. The tournament will feature eight elite teams, excluding Sri Lanka and the West Indies, and will be held in Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Lahore. The Women’s T20 World Cup, originally scheduled in Bangladesh, will now take place in Dubai and Sharjah from October 3 to October 20. The ICC remains committed to promoting global cricket development and international engagement.
