The Day That ‘Counts’ for Haryana, J&K: Voters’ Verdict on ‘Double Engine Govt’ vs ‘Change’ to Be Out on Tuesday

Exit polls conducted recently suggest that the Congress party is likely to form the next government in Haryana, while the alliance between Congress and the National Conference may have an advantage in Jammu and Kashmir. The counting of votes for both states will take place on October 8. The Jammu and Kashmir assembly election was significant as it was the first one after the revocation of Article 370.
