A controversy has erupted in Bihar over a bungalow previously used by the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) in Patna. The state’s Building Construction Department has ordered party chief Pashupati Kumar Paras to vacate the premises at One Wheeler Road. This comes after a split in the party following the death of veteran politician Ram Vilas Paswan, with Paras and Paswan’s son, Chirag Paswan, leading rival factions. The issue of who rightfully occupies the party office remains unresolved, with Paras currently in possession despite the property being officially allocated to Chirag Paswan’s faction. Legal proceedings and political struggles continue to complicate the situation.
