Shiv Sena MLA Santosh Bangar’s speech has gone viral in a video where he allegedly promises to pay outstation voters from his constituency if they travel to their native place to vote. The authenticity of the video has not been independently verified. In the video, he instructs voters to submit their details and assures them of online payments through ‘PhonePe’. Bangar represents the Kalamnuri assembly seat in Hingoli district and is aligned with Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The Hingoli collector has stated that they will examine the video and take action if necessary.
