If no response is received from the Congress by this evening, the AAP will release its list of candidates for all 90 seats. The talks between the two parties have been stuck over the number of seats to be contested, with the AAP demanding 10 seats and the Congress offering 5. Gupta confirmed that they are still waiting for a response from the Congress.
