‘400 Paar’ Pitch Fuelled Apprehensions Of ‘Gadbad’ On Constitution, Quota: Eknath Shinde

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde expressed concern about the false narrative spread by the opposition during the Lok Sabha elections, leading to apprehension among people about changing the Constitution and removing reservations. He mentioned that the ‘400 paar’ pitch by the BJP may have caused confusion and mistrust among the public. Shinde highlighted these issues at a meeting in Mumbai with the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices. The CACP, under the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, recommends Minimum Support Prices for crops. Shinde’s party, Shiv Sena, won seven out of 49 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra.
