Transport Minister K B Ganesh Kumar has expressed concern over the increasing complaints about Swift bus employees, particularly about reckless driving and bad conductors. He emphasized the importance of treating passengers with respect, as they help pay employees’ salaries. The minister warned that strict action would be taken if employees do not change their behavior. He also stated that in case of accidents, employees will be held fully responsible and the KSRTC will not cover any expenses. The minister’s initiative to check for alcohol consumption among employees has resulted in a decrease in accidents involving KSRTC buses.
