Ration card mustering to resume on September 18

The State government in Kerala is resuming the mustering of ration cards to meet the deadline set by the Central government. The process had been halted earlier due to technical issues and concerns about disrupting ration distribution. Nearly 1.10 crore priority ration card holders still need to complete the process. The government aims to finish mustering by October 31 to avoid any impact on ration allocation. The process will resume on Wednesday and is expected to be completed by October 15, with specific dates assigned to each district. Ration supply will continue as normal during this time.
