Parking issues rock Kozhikode Corporation Council meeting

At the Kozhikode Corporation Council meeting, unauthorised parking and incorrectly placed ‘no parking’ boards were major topics of discussion. Congress councillor S.K. Aboobakkar raised concerns about the boards causing inconvenience to commuters, while CPI(M) councillor K.T. Sushaj mentioned that most of the boards had been removed. Other councillors highlighted issues with parking spaces being used for private purposes and urged action against such practices. The Mayor assured that efforts were being made to provide private parking spaces with facilities for drivers. Various other issues such as the loss of a project and the condition of a ground were also raised during the meeting.
