The Industries Minister of Kerala, P Rajeeve, believes that the state has a great environment for cost-effective and eco-friendly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). He spoke at a workshop for the World Bank-supported RAMP program, which aims to boost MSMEs across India. Rajeeve emphasized the importance of the MSME sector in Kerala’s industrial landscape and highlighted the potential of RAMP to be a game-changer. The state plans to use the grant received from the RAMP project to further strengthen the MSME ecosystem. The Director of the Department of Industries and Commerce, S Harikishore, also expressed optimism about the RAMP project’s potential to enhance the state’s MSME sector and develop skills in various fields.
