Many injured as KSRTC Superfast bus overturns at Thalappara

Passengers on a KSRTC Superfast bus were injured when it overturned at Thalappara on November 3, 2024. The bus was traveling from Thottilpalam to Thiruvananthapuram when it lost control and skidded off the road. Thankfully, local people and the police were able to rescue the passengers by breaking open the windscreens. More than three dozen passengers were injured but fortunately, the injuries were not serious. The injured were taken to the Government Taluk Hospital at Tirurangadi for treatment.
