A man named Anoop, who was exiled from Thrissur under the Kerala Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, was caught by the city police for having 26gm of MDMA. Anoop, aged 37, from Kalloor in Thrissur, was arrested during a raid by the District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force of the Kochi City Police in Thrikkakara. He is a suspect in various cases, such as attempted murder and drug peddling. The incident was reported on October 26, 2024, at 09:46 pm IST.
