Man arrested for attacking female doctor in Alappuzha

A man named Shaijumon was arrested by the police for attacking a female house surgeon at Government Medical College Hospital in Alappuzha. The incident occurred on Sunday when Shaijumon, who was intoxicated, sought treatment for a wound and then proceeded to grab and twist the doctor’s hand before causing a disturbance in the emergency department and fleeing the scene. He was apprehended by the police the following morning.
