Kochi airport winter schedule to have 1,576 operations weekly

Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) has announced its winter schedule, which will be effective between October 27, 2024 and March 29, 2025. The winter schedule will see an increase in weekly operations compared to the ongoing summer schedule, with a total of 1,576 weekly operations. There will be 134 weekly flights to the UAE, and airlines like Thai Airways and VietJet will increase flight frequencies. Additionally, there will be more daily flights to cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. CIAL has been experiencing a surge in passenger traffic and is expanding its international terminal to accommodate the growth.
