HC asks Centre to come out with positive action on releasing money from NDRF for Wayanad

Tribal youth from Vaniyampuzha and Iruttukuthi are aiding in the search for victims of the Wayanad tragedy using bamboo rafts in the swollen Chaliyar river. The Kerala High Court has urged the Centre to take positive actions in providing funds from NDRF and PMNRF for Wayanad. The court declined to impose restrictions on media reporting about rehabilitation efforts, emphasizing the importance of freedom of speech. The court encouraged officials to focus on their work and ignore any negative news, stating that criticism is part of holding a government position. The aim is to get Wayanad back on track as soon as possible.
