Congress to strengthen agitation against LDF government, Statewide protest on September 24

The Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) held a meeting in Ernakulam to discuss strengthening protests against the LDF government. They plan to hold a Statewide protest on September 24 demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and action against those responsible for the Thrissur Pooram disruption. A massive protest is also planned in Thrissur on September 28. The KPCC president chaired the meeting where they discussed completing the reorganization of block/mandalam committees by September 30. So far, 70% of the block committees have been reorganized. The deadline for completing the exercise in booth Congress committees has been extended to October 15.
