Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will be inaugurating new students’ hostels and a stem cell research center at Kerala University’s Karyavattom campus. These projects, funded by KIIFB, are part of the government’s fourth 100-day action program and have a total cost of ₹27 crore. The Higher Education Minister and other officials will also be present at the inauguration ceremony. The stem cell research center, known as AcREM-STEM, will focus on research in Cutaneous Biology. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2024, at 7:12 pm IST.
