They are frustrated with the lack of action from the police and Motor Vehicles department to resolve the issue. Major junctions like Karaparamba, West Hill Chungam, and Mankavu are causing delays, leading to cancellations of trips. Operators claim they have no choice but to suspend services to manage the situation. Complaints about rash driving and rude behavior by bus crew have also increased. Police assure that traffic control efforts are ongoing and road development projects will improve the situation.
